SPECIAL DIET FOR CAPRICORN

CAPRICORN

For the normal or underweight Capricorn:

Carrot-celery-parsley juice
Herb meat loaf with cheese strips (basil, rosemary and savory)

Grapefruit juice or one quarter cantaloupe
Seven-grain cereal, honey or raw sugar, skim milk

Egg salad-stuffed tomato
Celery, radishes, green onions
Wheat Melba toast
Sanka or coffee substitute or fennel-seed tea

Dinner

Celery soup, clear (dash thyme)
Steamed haddock or cod, butter sauce (few chopped leaves burnet, dill, sorrel)
