SPECIAL DIET FOR LIBRA

For the overweight Libra:

One half lemon in water or unsweetened prune juice

Small broiled steak (no fat)
Steamed beets and tops (chopped parsley, chives)
Wheat roll
Sherbet
Sanka (sage) or chamomile tea

Breakfast

One egg, scrambled (dash thyme)
Zweiback
Coffee (dash juniper) or juniper tea

Lunch

Carrot-coconut juice
Fruit plate: pears, pineapple, prunes, cottage cheese

Celery soup, clear
Boiled fish, haddock or sea trout (with fennel)
