SPECIAL DIET FOR AQUARIUS

As noted in the chapter on Aquarius, your sign has certain disease tendencies.  Many of these may be corrected by proper diet, stressing food elements that your system may lack.  In addition, there are herbs which are of particular benefit to natives of your sign.  Some may be used as cooking herbs, others for medicinal purposes.

AQUARIUS

For the normal or underweight Aquarian:

Breakfast

Papaya juice (alkaline) or figs

Eggs, poached or soft-boiled
Coffee (one sage leaf) or primrose tea

Celery soup or celery-parsley juice (drop of lemon)
Chicken salad or chicken pie with vegetables (parsley garnish)

Roast lamb (rub with sweet marjoram, savory), chopped mint leaves
Steamed broccoli, lettuce, tomato salad (oil, lemon juice, tarragon)
Sherbet
Sanka coffee or peppermint tea

Breakfast

One half grapefruit
One egg (dash kelp, rosemary, basil)
Bran muffin
Coffee (pinch horsetail herb) or chickweed tea


Lunch
